Landlord Gas Safety Certificates

It has been compulsory since 1996 to ensure that any property or part property rented out must have a Landlords Gas Safety Certificate form CP12.

Landlords are legally responsible for making sure that all gas appliances in their rented properties are checked by a qualified Gas Safe registered engineer every 12 months.
