Morland and Martin Plumbing and Heating Ltd, wanted to update you on the current situation with regards to COVID-19 Coronavirus.
We, as a company, are following advice from the UK and Scottish Governments and trade and business associations to ensure that the safety of our customers and staff is priority. We aim to be providing the same service (subject to availability) and this will be reviewed regularly in accordance with the latest advice or restrictions.
All of our engineers have received guidance and equipment to help maintain a healthy working environment in order to protect them, as well as our customers.
As of today, we request that non-essential personnel do not visit our premises and where possible customers should contact us by telephone, email or online enquiry instead of visiting our office.
If you have an appointment and you are feeling unwell or are self-isolating, please ensure you contact the office to cancel the appointment. Also, if our engineers are at your property and you start to feel unwell, or they feel unwell, they have been instructed to leave immediately.
If you or anyone in your family has been diagnosed with COVID-19, and an engineer has visited recently, please let us know.
We will continue to monitor the situation and we appreciate your support and understanding in these difficult times.
